It was burger time while in Downtown Vegas. Eureka! restaurant is located on the corner of Freemont St. and 6th, just one block east of Las Vegas Blvd. Shareable appetizers, salads, burgers and chicken sandwiches are featured on the menu. The Cowboy Burger is a favorite and is topped with bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon and a pile of crunchy shoe string onions. Be sure to start your meal off with the Mac n Cheese balls. Pair your meal with one of their many local craft beers on tap or try some of the small batch whiskeys available. There are plenty of food options while in the Downtown area but make sure to put Eureka on you list.
