Over in Downtown Summerlin, an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment area, is Players Locker. This restaurant is Wolfgang Puck’s collaboration with The Vegas Golden Knights Although the menu is full of many amazing dishes, this trip was to find Fish ‘n Chips on the west side of the valley. 4 pieces of fresh cod were perfectly fried and served with a healthy amount of french fries. The Modelo beer batter was light, full of flavor and complimented the fish just right. So for any locals or visitors that have not had these yet, make your way off the strip and enjoy the top notch Fish ‘n Chips.
