It’s on an out of town trip to Havasu City that I start my search for delicious Fish and Chips. Right along the banks of Lake Havasu Channel sits a great little spot called Burgers by the Bridge. My order came out hot, delicious and was definitely cooked to order. The outside breading was light and crisp while the inside was done perfectly. Break them in half and squeeze a little lemon in them and they are good to go. The menu has plenty of items on it that ranges from pizza, ribs, hot dogs and of course burgers. I was there for only one reason though and that was to grub on the fish and chips. I was not disappointed and I don’t think you would be either.
