OK meat lovers, here we go. The first steakhouse in Vegas that we visited is one located in Tivoli Village. Only 20 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip sits a top notch restaurant that serves some of the finest cuts of beef around. Echo and Rig is a two story restaurant with the dining upstairs and the bar area on the lower level. Not only is this a dine in place to eat but they are also a butcher shop with savory looking steaks, sausages and more available to take home. Classic cuts, The Spencer Steak and a Rib-Eye Cap are a few of the steaks available. I chose the Baseball Cut Sirloin with a Whiskey Marinade. My steak came out to the perfect temperature, medium rare, and the whiskey marinade was a nice compliment to the flavor of the meat. Also on the menu, you will find small plate appetizers, soups and salads. Other entrees include seafood, pork chops and even a burger. So when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip, take a quick trip over to Echo and Rig and enjoy one of the best steaks in town.
Their Mac and cheese is so good!! Everyone needs to check it out!
