A couple blocks off Las Vegas Blvd, on Sahara Ave, sits a excellent local steakhouse. Disquised as a top notch cocktail bar is a not so secret 5 star restaraunt. If you are in the mood for the highest quality steak then Herbs and Rye is a must have on your list. The menu is full with appetizers, flatbreads, pasta, seafood and of course, the main event, steak. Be sure to make a reservation as this spot is always full or try your luck at the bar that has open seating. Start your night off with one of the many specialty cocktails that are available or just sip on some nice scotch. The steaks can come just by themselves or you can add sauce or toppings, such as mushrooms and onions or oscar style. Add a side to your cut of beef and you will not be dissapointed with any one that you pick. I can tell you that the Mac and Cheese is delicious. One more thing…if you eat during their Happy Hour many items are half off including the Rib Eye !!!
