Sitting a couple blocks from the Las Vegas Strip sits a fantastic restaurant. If you are in the mood for some Mexican food, this spot should not be overlooked. Tacos and Beer is a great hangout to start or end your night. Although the feature of over 15 tacos is what draws you in, this place has a full menu of what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant. Everything from appetizers to full meals awaits you. Start off with some ceviche, tortilla soup or queso fundido before you move on to burritos, taco salad or enchiladas. We went with the mission of trying some tacos. The baja fish, al pastor, carnitas and carne asada were all delicious. All the tacos come with different toppings that blend perfectly with whatever kind you get. With many more tacos to try, we will definitely be back. Even though beer is in the name of the place and the list was highlighted with many great choices, we couldn’t resist pairing our tacos with some Reposado Tequila. Their tequila and mezcal choices are pages long and you can even get some flights if you wanted to try a few different ones.
