Halloween events in Las Vegas are in full swing. One great pop up bar to visit is Twisted Pumpkin over at Tivoli Village. Located on an upstairs loft is where you will find this themed bar. You can get free entry tickets from the promoter on the ground level. Twisted Pumpkin features themed rooms filled with skeletons, ghosts, skulls, spiders and crows.
